Infinite Expansions

In Tsavo West National Park, Kenya.

Home is definitely where the heart is,

Except, my heart expands infinitely.

Home is not a place.

Home is love.

Home is music.

Home is happiness when I see a genuine smile.

Home is finding the people who accept you for who you are,

Notice the silly little things you do.

Home is where you can rest your head after a long, tough day

And feel completely comfortable to show your darkest side.

We’re like snails;

Carrying our homes.

Our love.

Toiling desperately to inch along our path,

Getting side-tracked along the way,

Leaving behind a trail that’ll be washed clear with the rain tomorrow.
